HIP PAIN

Whether you have been told you have Arthritis of the hip, wear and tear or degeneration, lots can be done to help.
Other causes of hip pain could be due to Tenonitis, Bursitis, Nerve impingement, or compensation from past injuries maybe to the foot and ankle. We will always do a full whole-body examination to get to the route of the problem.

Frequently Asked Questions

I need a joint replacement can chiropractic care prevent or help this?

We see many patients who have been advised of a need to have a joint replaced or know they have severe wear and tear and will need a replacement in the future but are not quite there yet. We work on helping the joint move better and relax the surrounding muscles and ligaments.

We cannot reverse the wear and tear but often patients report feeling more comfortable long-term or in the run up to the surgery. Post-surgery we offer exceptional rehabilitation programs.

Can you help Arthritis?

Many people we see have osteoarthritis. The other names for this are spondylitis, degeneration and wear and tear in the spine/joint. We find that just because your spine may have some “wear and tear” it doesn’t mean it needs to hurt. Often the pain comes from a lack of movement and with the right treatment to help it move better can result in you feeling and functioning better.

OUR PATIENT TESTIMONIALS

From the moment I contacted the team, I was put at ease, reassured that I was in safe hands and felt confident Lisa could help with the discomfort of sciatica that had returned. I’ve received excellent service from individuals that obviously love doing what they do. I’m just happy to have found them and would thoroughly recommend their services, should you find yourself in need of professional help.
